1Website and operator
These Terms apply to https://www.wicstream.com/ (the “Website”), a public information website for WiC Stream (“WiC”). The Website is operated by Deepixels Holdings (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2021/958091/07, registered in South Africa. Our physical address and address for legal notices is 132 Haygarth Road, Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal, 3610. Email: info@deepixels.com. “We” and “us” refer to that company.
The Website introduces WiC and lets you request updates or send an enquiry. Signing up does not create an App account, reserve a ticket, grant early access or guarantee a launch date. This site does not provide purchases or streaming licences. If App registration, rentals, playback or tickets become available here, we will present the relevant App terms and purchase information before you use them.
2Using the Website
You may browse and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use automated requests that impair its operation, misrepresent yourself in a form, or upload or submit unlawful material. Please avoid sending identity documents, confidential film materials or sensitive information through a general enquiry form unless we provide a suitable process for them.
3Information and links
Descriptions of planned features, films, screenings and launch activities reflect current intentions and may change. A film, venue, screening or feature mentioned on the Website is not an offer or confirmation that it will be available. We will identify the applicable terms when a service becomes available. The Website may link to the WiC App or third party sites. Each linked service may have its own terms and privacy notice. A link does not itself transfer your Website signup to an App account.
4Content and intellectual property
We or the relevant licensors own the Website’s design, words, images, trailers, marks and other material. You may view it and share links to public pages. Other reproduction, alteration, republication or commercial use requires the rightsholder’s permission. A trailer or promotional clip on this Website does not grant permission to copy, screen or distribute the underlying film.
5Availability and responsibility
We may update, maintain or temporarily interrupt the Website. We take reasonable care in operating it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
6Changes and contact
We may change these Terms by posting a new version and date. Later use of the Website is subject to the version then displayed.
